 3: For user access to CB-NL a dedicated viewer is available. This viewer can be found at the following internet address:

 6: For convenience, each CBNL core URI, when passed by a HTTP client such as an Internet browser, will be redirected to the viewer. For example,

10: The viewer shows all information recorded in the OWL ontology. In addition, it compiles a natural language definition, a graphical representation, and offers a way to comment on the concepts shown. It also provides access to external ontologies and vocabularies that are "mapped" to CB-NL core.

12: When clicked, this URL brings the user to the main screen of the CB-NL viewer.

16: There is a language switch in the upper right of the screen. The user can select Dutch or English.

18: The language concerns that of the interface itself, as well as the contents of the CBNL. When a term is not available in the language chosen, it is shown in the Dutch, otherwise in any language that is available.

20: The user can browse the CB-NL content from here. When moving the cursor over the different interactive (graphical) parts of the screen, ‘tooltips’ appear that indicate the functions of these parts. Note that the //content //of the CB-NL itself is expected to remain under development for a duration of time. The CB-NL content is released, and each release is accessible by the pulldown menu on top of the screen.

22: To start browsing the CB-NL, click the blue button "Alle concepten"/"All concepts". The list of concepts that are currently present in CB-NL are shown in a tree structure.

24: To view the available information on an individual concept, click the concept in the tree structure. All information on the concept is then shown. This screen consists of four tabs,

35: 1. The name of the current concept. In the tree, a count of all subtypes (if any) is added. When a concept is a discriminator only, it is shown in gray.
36: 1. The (semantic) definition of the concept. In addition, the definition of the concept's 'supertype' (more generic parent concept) and its discriminator (aspect which differs the concept from its supertype) are shown. 
37: 1. All subtypes of the concept (more specific child concepts), and all supertypes (may be multiple).
38: 1. The "Relatie"/"Relationship" the concept has with discriminators, i.e. that which makes it different from its supertype and siblings.

50: Clicking on "Graphical" brings the user to the graphical view. This shows a tree like structure, in which the supertype, the subtype(s) and the relationships of the current concept are shown. This view is intended to provide an intuitive representation of complex relations; it often shows only a subset of all relations.

54: By clicking on a concept in the graph a link is placed on the left. Click on that link to acess the detail information.

56: As concepts inherit properties from their supertypes, this information may be tallied into a complete overview of properties. If such inherited properties exist, the "Overerfd" / "Inherited" tab is show. All show properties then apply to the concept.

58: The user can give feedback on each concept. To give feedback, click "Reacties"/"Comments" in the top right of the screen. The comment form is shown.

62: In the comment form, users can give feedback on a concepts name, definition, its place in the tree structure etc. The user can indicate he/she agrees, disagrees or has no opinion regarding the concept and enter a textual comment together with a name and email address. The latter two only need to be entered once per session.
