Accessing the CB-NL

The CBNL is an ontology, that is expressed in OWL.

Software vendors may access the ontology in several ways for integration into their software systems:

  1. Download RDF/XML files. This requires vendors to be familiar with RDF/OWL.
  2. Query (a provided endpoint, i.e. triple store), returning a SPARQL query result (several formats are available). This requires vendors to be familiar with RDF/OWL
  3. API: call webservices (REST), returning a XML or JSON representation of the information modeled in the CB-NL, and made available in the viewer. The XML or JSON results comply to a metamodel, which is described elsewhere.
